As of the last full week of April, the Negotiation Team has met with the Administration twice. The FA Negotiation Team has presented the contract proposal listed below. The Administration’s current position is also listed below. The Administration’s document addresses several aspects, but their responses have not yet addressed faculty/staff compensation.
Please be aware that these documents are being shared in the interest of unity and transparency within the FA membership. Also, the terms set forth in these current documents are by no means final. The members of the Negotiation Resource Team (NRC) and the Negotiation Team would be interested in hearing any feedback you might have.
