Constitutional Convention & Your Union

On November 7 2017, New York State voters will vote for or against a convention to revise the constitution.  If the vote is to have a convention, then Article 1, §17 is at risk:

“Employees shall have the right to organize and to bargain collectively through representatives of their own choosing.”  (New York State Constitution)
